The Skyline Restaurant

The Skyline Restaurant offers hearty Breakfasts, our Famous Burger Lunches & the best Chicken Fried Steak Dinners and, as anyone who has eaten with us before, our fruit cobbler dessert is the best in Colorado!   Come check out our menu and the new selections for 2008!  

We started dining room renovations in 2007 and this process continues in 2008.   We also have applied for our beer & wine license in 2008 to better serve you!

The Skyline Restaurant  is open from 7 am to 8:30 pm daily from Memorial weekend to Labor Day with full menu services.   After Labor Day through the end of season on October 30th the hours of restaurant service are limited and the menu selections change daily.

Memorial Day to Labor Day

Breakfast - 7 am to 10:30 am

Lunch - 10:30 am to 4:30 pm

Dinner - 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm

Limited service available from 8:30 pm to 9:00 pm

After Labor Day to October 30th

Breakfast - 7 am to 9:30 am

Lunch - 11:00 am to 2:00 pm

Dinner - 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm
